We have a team of experienced psychologists who are committed to delivering top-notch mental health care throughout Australia via telehealth. We have carefully selected our psychology team to provide a wide range of services and expertise. We also speak a number of different languages. Driven by our commitment to offer the greatest treatments and care, we deliver online psychology services right to your patients front door.
We think referring patients should be simple. That’s why we don’t complicate it. Please see the steps below.
Step 1 – REFERRAL
As soon as we receive your referral, our psychology team aim to process it that same day. If there are any questions or concerns, our team will be in touch.
Step 2 – BOOKING
Our psychology team then contact your patient to discuss the fees and Medicare rebates where applicable and will organise an appointment. Please note, we currently have no wait list for psychology services and your patient will be offered an appointment as soon as the next day.
Step 3 – CORRESPONDENCE
We understand the importance of providing timely feedback regarding patient treatment. Once your patient has been seen by one of our psychologists, they will write a letter to you. Then they will write to you once again after the sixth session with your patient and again after their tenth session.
Where to send referrals?
If you wish to refer a patient to us for psychology services, please send us a referral letter. Please ensure that your referral letter includes the reason for referral, number of sessions, patient contact details and is signed by you. In addition, please also forward the patients Mental Health Care Plan. Any other relevant history that you can forward is always appreciated by our team.
