Whether you’ve tested positive for COVID-19, or are a close or casual contact, quarantine can be a challenging and stressful experience. At Positive Mind Works, we’ve created a free, email-based program specially designed to support your mental health throughout your self-isolation period.

About This Email Program

In our email program, you’ll receive emails from us every other day which include expert advice from our team and tips for how to manage your mental health through each stage of quarantine. Every email will also direct you to more in-depth resources that we have developed specifically for self-isolation, including videos, audio tracks, and printable guides and plans.

Our program was designed for people who are starting a 7-, 10- or 14-day isolation period. However, it will still be helpful if you are isolating for shorter periods, are halfway through your isolation, or are needing to isolate for much longer too.
