As a Career Counsellor, Coach and Consultant, I help professionals to plan and craft satisfying careers. Guiding clients through identifying what they want out of their careers and exploring how they can achieve this they build up their confidence to take control of their future development and direction. I also run workshops and webinars for organisations to upskill managers and teams in effective career development planning to promote engagement, retention and organisational effectiveness. As a scientist by background, my approach is structured and solutions focussed but with a warm, empathetic energy.

I hold a Masters degree in Career Development and have experience in the university, corporate outplacement and workforce consulting contexts with clients including BHP, UWA, Murdoch University and the City of Stirling. I’ve been a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) since 2014 and won the 2021 Award for Excellence in Practice (WA Division) for my one-to-one career counselling program, Define Your Future.

Career Counselling/Coaching – Single Sessions under EAP Services

Our approach to Career Counselling/Coaching under Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services is centered around understanding your workflow and any expectations beyond contact hours. We acknowledge the ethical implications and do not encourage employees to explore external opportunities under this arrangement.

Workshops: Empower, Elevate, Excel

“Empower, Elevate, Excel: Unlocking your potential through career development” is a practical, hands-on workshop designed to empower individuals in taking control of their career development. The session includes worksheets and tools for a comprehensive experience. We can also tailor a version for line managers focusing on the benefits of career development (retention, engagement, performance) and how to effectively engage and support team members.

Outplacement Program

Our Outplacement Program is an additional service to support employees impacted by redundancy. It includes internal re-deployment support as well as external options, offered as fixed-price packages. We collaborate with qualified Career Counsellors/Coaches as per the volume requirements.

Packages:
1. Career Counselling/Coaching and Personal Branding Package (Director/Executive/Manager level)
– Includes 6 coaching sessions within 6 months, optional assessments, resume/cover letter/LI makeover, and email/voicemail support.

2. Career Counselling/Coaching and Personal Branding Package (Professional/Technical/Blue Collar level)
– Includes 3 coaching sessions within 3 months, optional assessments, resume/cover letter/LI review, and email/voicemail support.

3. Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn Profile Review Package (any level)
– Includes 2 coaching sessions within 1 month, resume/cover letter/LI review, and email/voicemail support
