I am a Registered Psychologist with qualifications in psychology, careers development, exercise science and education. My approach to counselling is based upon developing excellent rapport with clients to make them feel comfortable and supported. It is not easy to disclose what can be sensitive and important information and you should know that you and your information will always be treated with the upmost respect.
I have successfully worked with clients to help them understand and implement strategies to improve life outcomes and my interests include:
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
• Positive Psychology
• Brief Solution Focussed Therapy
• Family Therapy
• Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

As an experienced clinician I have worked across a range of settings and age groups including children, adolescents and adults and I have provided support and strategies to enable others to better manage or reduce symptoms including those relating to:
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Low self esteem
• Low mood
• Trauma
• Relationships
• Bullying
• Resilience
• Psychological distress
• Motivation / Goal Setting

I reside in Sydney with my family and enjoy exercising, watching sport, reading and watching movies. I have a much-loved English cocker spaniel named Sandy whom you may hear barking from time to time. She also makes the occasional guest appearance.
