If You Need Support
At Positive Mind Works, we are committed to supporting mental health and wellbeing. However, our psychology services are not designed to provide emergency or crisis support.
If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, is at immediate risk of harm, or requires urgent assistance, please seek help straight away using the services below.
You do not have to face a crisis alone. There are trained professionals available 24 hours a day who can provide immediate support.

When Should I Seek Immediate Help?
Please seek urgent support if you or someone you know is:
● Having thoughts of suicide or self-harm & feels unable to stay safe
● At immediate risk of harming themselves or another person
● Experiencing a severe mental health crisis
● Feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope safely
● Experiencing psychosis or losing touch with reality
● In danger because of alcohol or drug use
● Concerned about the immediate safety of a loved one
Support Beyond a Crisis
Not every mental health difficulty is a crisis.
Many people seek support because they’re experiencing ongoing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, ADHD, or simply finding life difficult to manage. Early support can often prevent problems from becoming more overwhelming.
At Positive Mind Works, our psychologists provide evidence-based online therapy to help people better understand their experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and improve their mental wellbeing.
If your situation is not an emergency, we’d be pleased to help you find the right psychologist for your needs.
You can learn more about our counselling and psychology services, or contact our friendly team to discuss how we may be able to support you.
Remember
Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to manage it alone.
If you’re in immediate danger, contact emergency services or one of the crisis organisations above.
If you’re looking for ongoing psychological support once the immediate crisis has passed, Positive Mind Works is here to help you take the next step towards recovery and wellbeing.
