About Me

My Approach:

At the core of my work is creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and genuinely listened to. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, meaning I’m interested not just in what’s happening on the surface, but in working together to understand the deeper patterns that might be keeping you stuck. Therapy with me is a collaborative process — we’ll explore your experiences, feelings, and story, and from there, find ways forward that are meaningful and lasting.

I have over ten years of experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and grief. I have a particular special interest in working with eating struggles — including emotional eating, binge eating, restrictive eating, and body image issues — and have supported people in this area across New Zealand, South Korea, Sweden, and the UK. This experience has given me a deep respect for the many ways our relationships with food, body, and self are shaped by culture, community, and personal history.

Coming to therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re carrying a lot of shame, fear, or self-judgment. I aim to offer a safe, confidential space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing — and where together, we can work toward real and lasting change.

I work with:

  • Teens
  • Adults
  • Older Adults

About Me:

I’m a UK-trained Counselling Psychologist, originally from New Zealand. Outside of my work, I love being in nature, creating art, and spending time with my animals. I’m passionate about helping people build a more compassionate relationship with themselves, and I believe real change happens through genuine connection, curiosity, and care.
