Rebecca is a warm and compassionate practitioner who provides a supportive space for clients to resolve difficulties and build confidence. She has the ability to genuinely connect with clients and to identify their strengths.
Rebecca has experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of presentations including, but not limited to:
- relationship difficulties
- chronic pain.
She employs evidence-based techniques including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, and psycho-sensory interventions to tailor therapy to individual client needs.
"I’m passionate about making counselling accessible and practical. I love to support others to reconnect to who they truly are; to recognise their unique qualities and strengths and to maximise these attributes to make life more about purpose and connection to others.
I support clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the world. To identify what is important to them and to live in line with this so that life becomes more about empowerment, and fulfilment."
