Jenna Cunneen is a NZ Registered Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Jenna has 15-years experience working in the behaviour change field. She has experience working with individuals of all ages and various difficulties, as well as families, educators and organisations. She has extensive experience in using Contextual Behaviour Science to help her clients lead vital lives. Jenna has training in a range of third-wave behavioural therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training, Mindfulness, Behaviour Activation, Social Skills Training, Graduated Exposure, Habit Reversal, Motivational Interviewing and Organisational Behaviour Management. Jenna tailors her approach to each of her clients ensuring that the support provided is evidence-based and effective. Using your values and motivation she supports you to understand your difficulties and strengths within your context and helps you to map out steps that move you towards a more meaningful life. Jenna also enjoys integrating technology when appropriate to support clients with their change process. Jenna can help those with a range of problems such as:
