BPsych, MA(ELitt), GradDipIS Farzana Rita is an Australian registered Psychologist with a warm, empathic and client-centred approach to counselling. She is passionate about listening to her clients, helping them to discover their inner strength and empower them to overcome a difficult time in their life. She has experience working with a range of psychological issues, such as:

Farzana is a SIRA-approved psychologist, seeing clients under WorkCover, CTP and Medicare. Farzana is fluent in Bengali and understands Urdu and Hindi. She also has experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and offers culturally and religiously sensitive counselling. Farzana is passionate about working in the field of positive psychology, interested in enhancing general wellbeing and utilising modern technology (such as telehealth and online therapy) to help people easily access mental health and wellbeing care from anywhere they want to access.
