I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with the New Zealand Psychologists Board with 16 years’ experience. I have worked in various settings including across the public sector mental health, across the United States and New Zealand. I am also a member of the New Zealand Psychological Society. My approach to therapy includes elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness; however, I am flexible to your needs.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment. It is important to me you feel heard and understood, and that I can help you to feel empowered to develop the skills needed to get through difficult times. I work with children/adolescents (from age 13) and adults.

I provide psychological assessment and treatment for a range of conditions including:
