We offer a variety of groups, including Mindfulness Groups that can be tailored to suit your needs.
Some options that are currently available:

- Mindfulness Groups for managing stress (small groups)
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Low mood
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Anxiety
- Transdiagnostic Groups (incorporating Mindfulness and CBT Skills Building)
These groups are run throughout the year and some groups run Online. Please contact us for further information about upcoming groups. These can be run for a group of people (minimum 4) however we will also take individual names and contact you when there is sufficient people interested to run the group of your choice.
